In February 2019, the healthcare company disclosed that an unauthorized third party had accessed employee email accounts after successfully phishing the employees, potentially breaching the privacy of 326,000 patients and some staff. The attackers potentially obtained names, dates of birth, addresses, and billing and appointment information. Social security numbers may have also been exposed for 1500.
